WTCC je veoma zahtjevno takmi\u010denje, tako da \u0107e izazov biti velik, ali to nam je ujedno i najve\u0107a motivacija\u201c &#8211; izjavio je Bj\u00f6rk.<\/p>\n<p>Volvo Polestar Racing je ve\u0107 nastupao u WTCC \u0161ampionatu 2011. godine sa Volvom C30 1.6T, kojim je upravljao Robert Dahlgren. Isti \u0107e automobil u Shanghaiju voziti i Bj\u00f6rk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKada su u pitanju utrke, na\u0161 smo fokus usmjerili na model Volvo S60, s kojim nastupamo u \u0160vedskoj i SAD-u, a sljede\u0107e godine i u australijskom V8 Supercars \u0161ampionatu. Iako na\u0161 S60 nije pogodan za nastup u WTCC \u0161ampionatu, i dalje smatramo da ovaj vid takmi\u010denja predstavlja najbolju vrijednost za ulo\u017een novac i sjajnu marketin\u0161ku podlogu. Zbog toga \u017eelimo ostati u toku sa de\u0161avanjima, tako \u0161to \u0107emo odvesti jednu utrku sa na\u0161im modelom C30. Na\u0161 je cilj procjena snage i mogu\u0107nosti, a ne performanse i rezultati\u201c &#8211; rekao je Murdzevski Schedvin.<\/p>\n<p>Thed Bj\u00f6rk (32) je jedan od najsposobnijih \u0161vedskih voza\u010da utrka sa iskustvom u F3000, DTM i LeMans \u0161amponatima. Bogata karijera uklju\u010duje dvije STCC titule, 2001 FIA Sportscar SR2 titulu, te titule u \u0160vedskoj i Norve\u0161koj Formuli 3 1999. godine. Bj\u00f6rk \u0107e se u WTCC utrci suprotstaviti voza\u010dkim veli\u010dinama, kao \u0161to su Yvan Muller (Chevrolet) i Gabriele Tarquini (Honda).<\/p>\n<p>\u201eZnamo da \u0107e to biti zahtjevan vikend za nas, obzirom da nikad nismo nastupiti na ovoj stazi. Ipak, imamo krajnje realna o\u010dekivanja, odnosno zavr\u0161etak utrke me\u0111u prvih deset voza\u010da. Ipak, glavni cilj je skupljanje vrijednih podataka i informacija.
