Ovo je ukupno deveta pobjeda legendarnog Toma Kristensena, tre\u0107a Allana McNisha i prva za voza\u010da koji je postavio najbolje vrijeme kvalifikacija Loica Duvala. Ovo je ujedno i dvanaesta pobjeda Audija u posljednjih 14 godina. Posada #2 je povela utrku u 7 satu kada je pro\u0161logodi\u0161nja posada #1 morala u boks zbog kvara na alternatoru gdje su se zadr\u017eali 12 krugova. #3 sa Oleverom Jarvisom su takodjer imali problema zbog pucanja gume te su u ranoj fazo pali u poretku. Sve to je iskoristila vrlo jaka posada #8 Toyote TS030 sa Anthony Davidsonom, Buemijem i Stephane Sarrazinom. Utrku je obilje\u017eilo i izlijetanje Nikolasa Lappiera u #7 Toyoti \u010detiri sata prije kraja utrke u ogradu Porsche kompleksa gdje je te\u0161ko o\u0161tetio prednji dio auta, ali su napravili \u010dudesan posao ne\u0161to kasnije se vratili u utrku i do kraja do\u0161li na 4 poziciju.\r\nMorgan Nissan sa voza\u010dima Baguette\/Plowman\/Gonzales <\/b><b>su pobijedili u P2 klasi. U GT pro klasi je pobijedio Porsche Lieb\/Lietz\/Dumas <\/b><b>gdje smo ih svih 24h mogli gledati u \u017eestokoj borbi sa Aston Martinom. Pred kraj Englezi su imali priliku i da pobijede kada je za kratko pala ki\u0161a pogrije\u0161ili su u taktiziranju jer je nedugo nakon \u0161to su stavili ki\u0161ne gume iza\u0161ao SC te su se zadr\u017eali iza a ki\u0161a je u me\u0111uvremenu prestala. Svi su pozdravli odluku Vodstva Aston Martina da u \u010dast porodice poginulog Simonsena nastave utrku do kraja te su trio DarrenTurner, Stefan M\u00fccke, Peter Dumbreck zauzeli tre\u0107e mjesto na podijumu. Pomalo su razo\u010darali Ferrariji i Corvette koji su na neki na\u010din vozili svoje utrke bore\u0107i se sami sasobom. U klasi amatera takodjer je pobjedila posada Porschea 911 Raymond Narac, Jean-Karl Vernay, Christophe Bourret sa predno\u0161\u0107u od jednog kruga.
