Motori prate najsavremenije trendove automobilske industrije, koji zahtijevaju manju zapreminu, ve\u0107u u\u010dinkovitost, ni\u017eu potro\u0161nju goriva i manje emisije CO2 \u2013 a istovremeno bi motori trebali omogu\u0107avati dobru odazivnost.<\/p>\n<p>Inovativne osobine \u0107e u zavisnosti od motora uklju\u010divati: DCVVT (dual continuously variable valve timing) varijabilno upravljanje faze otvaranja usisnih i ispu\u0161nih ventila, visokotla\u010dno direktno ubrizgavanje s najvi\u0161im tlakom do 200 bar preko injektora sa \u0161est ubrizgavaju\u0107ih rupica, ispu\u0161ni kolektor s integriranim niskoinercijskim turbopunja\u010dem s jednostrukom ili dvostrukom pregradom, zra\u010dno hla\u0111en intercooler (s dodatno pode\u0161enim usmjeravaju\u0107im kanalima koji inovativno udvostru\u010davaju protok zraka i pobolj\u0161avaju u\u010dinkovitost hla\u0111enja), odvojen zid ispu\u0161nog kolektora koji smanjuje protivtlak, oja\u010dano prskanje ulja za hla\u0111enje klipova koje sni\u017eava njihovu temperaturu i pove\u0107ava njihovu izdr\u017eljivost i promijenjen izgled usisnih kanala, koji pobolj\u0161anim okretanjem punjenog zraka brinu za efikasnije sagorijevanje.<\/p>\n<p>Novost je i 3-cilindri\u010dni Kappa 1.0 T-GDI motor, koji razvija 100 ili 120 KS (jednako kao kod postoje\u0107eg 4-cilindri\u010dnog motora) i omogu\u0107ava 10 do 15 posto ni\u017eu potro\u0161nju goriva. Novi Kappa 1.2 T-GDI je 4-cilindri\u010dni motor zapremine 1.248 ccm, a koji obe\u0107ava sli\u010dne performanse kao postoje\u0107i 1,6-litarski motor. Razvojem nove game motora 1.6 T-GDI Gama \u0107e postati \u010detverocilindri\u010dni motor. 1.591-kubi\u010dni motor \u0107e nuditi 204 KS i 265 Nm okretnog momenta.
